Mukesh says, here people like to eat mutton in breakfast as well as in lunch. Preparation for making mutton starts from 5:00 am itself. 30 kg mutton is prepared for breakfast in the morning, 30 kg mutton is prepared for lunch and a total of 28 kg rice is prepared. Further, we take special care of cleanliness, our kitchen is also transparent so that people can see it easily. We ourselves go at 4 o’clock in the morning, pick it with our own hands and bring small eared khassi and get it cut in our shop itself.

Quality of mutton and spices is important
Mukesh explains, we do not buy Khassi from the market. Rather, we buy it from the local houses around here. Because it is pure desi and the weight of 1 Khassi is only 9-10 kg. Also, while preparing mutton, we use standing spices. use more. We do not bring spices from the market but from the local houses of the village. Because they have more taste and grind them in front of their eyes. Mukesh says that the most amazing is the spices. Spices are added after grinding, then once the mutton is cooked, it is added from above. Due to which the aroma of every standing spice comes out openly.

Mutton very tasty and gravy very thick
Deepak, who came here to eat mutton rice, says, ‘I am a regular customer here and come two-three times a week. Because the mutton here is very tasty and the gravy is very thick.
